General exchange policy

All requests for exchange must be returned within 7 days of delivery date. Please note that we will only proceed on if the item was purchased directly from us. All exchanges will be done via mailing only.
All returned item(s) must be in its brand new original condition, original packaging and with the original tags and tickets attached. Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
UPCLOSE reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) before processing any returns or exchanges.
Please note that you shall bear the shipping and handling charges of returning any return/exchange requested item(s) to us. All returns are final. If you would like to purchase the item again, you will have to purchase it directly from our website.

Delivery of incorrect items

We apologise if we have sent you a defective/incorrect item. Please email us at hello@upclose.sg and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Order of wrong size

We do allow exchange of sizes for the same product, but it is subjected to stock availability. Do drop us an email to our Customer Care Team at hello@upclose.sg in the following format:

Subject: Return request for (order number) Content: Item details (name, color and size) and (reason/s for return)

We will revert within 3 working days on the procedure of the availability and procedure of exchange. However, this is not applicable to underwear bottoms due to hygiene purposes.

You may proceed to mail the item/s back to us after a confirmation email is received. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM(S) BEFORE RECEIVING A RETURN CONFIRMATION E-MAIL. Our customer service officers will contact you within 2 working days of your exchange request. They may request for further information to assess your exchange request. You will not be charged an additional shipping and handling fee for the exchange when we ship the item(s) back to you. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to process your exchange.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We suggest that you send the item via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. This will ensure that you will receive confirmation when the package is delivered to us.
You will also have a means of tracking your parcel should it become lost in mail.

All returns and exchanges will be processed and dealt with by the Returns/Defects Department and they will only be handled by mailing only.
